What Substancepolicy Remodeling Is

Substancepolicy Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not do design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet, or any other remodeling work.

When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Substancepolicy Remodeling for calls, form submissions, or other referrals we send them. The amount can depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether someone answers it. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at the provider's prices. Substancepolicy Remodeling does not offer financing.

Providers Run Their Own Business

Providers are independent. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Substancepolicy Remodeling. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, prices, and payment terms
• The quality and scheduling of its work
• Its licenses, insurance, and permits
• How it talks to you and how it behaves

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement. It is not a promise about the work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach depends on which providers are in our network at that time.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check credentials. Request an itemized written quote. Compare other quotes. Then decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls placed through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded. We do this for quality, verification, and billing.
