Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Read this before you use substancepolicy.property. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

We Refer. We Don't Remodel.

Substancepolicy Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, demolish, build, install, plumb, wire, or repair anything. If work happens in your home, an independent provider does it. Substancepolicy Remodeling does not.

No Endorsement, No Promises

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost, or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will have openings for your job at a given time in your area. Each provider handles its own licenses, insurance, permits, and conduct.

General Information Only

This site shares general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering, or financial advice. Every home is different. Every remodel is different. What fits one project may not fit yours. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices shift with the job, the location, the materials, and the state of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before any work starts.

Money and Financing

Substancepolicy Remodeling does not offer loans, financing, or payment plans. We do not take payment for remodeling work. The provider you pick sets the payment terms. Read every contract closely before you sign.

Stay Safe

Remodeling can mean demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines, and heavy materials. A home built before 1978 may have lead paint. Some older flooring, insulation, or ceiling materials may need testing before anyone disturbs them. If you are unsure about a material, do not cut, sand, or remove it. If you think someone's life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How We Get Paid

Substancepolicy Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. See our Referral Marketing Disclosure for the details.

Is Everything Here Correct?
